These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Djanet Bijoux with a share capital of 7,500 euros whose head office is located in Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number hereinafter referred to as djanetbijoux.com and managing the site djanetbijoux.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website djanetbijoux.com hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Article 1. Purpose

These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Djanet Bijoux and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website djanetbijoux.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site djanetbijoux.com . is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand has full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.

Djanet Bijoux reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products The products offered are those which appear on the site djanetbijoux.com of the company djanet bijoux, within the limit of available stocks. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. Article 3. Prices

The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the French VAT at 20% applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Djanet Bijoux reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In mainland France, for any order greater than or equal to 60 euros including tax, shipping costs are free; for any order less than 60 euros including tax, a flat rate contribution to shipping costs will be invoiced to the buyer depending on the shipping method chosen. The products remain the property of Djanet Bijoux until full payment of the price.

Article 4. Ordering on the site

4.1 Customer account

To order on our site, you can create an account in the "Create an account" section or place an order as a guest without creating an account.

Creating an account gives you the following benefits:

  • Save your personal information to simplify your future purchases;
  • View, modify and update your personal data;
  • Easily identify yourself before placing an order;
  • Track your current orders and access invoices for your past orders;
  • Join our loyalty program for free and earn points with every purchase.

If you place an order as a guest by entering only your email address, no customer account will be created, and you will not be able to view your order online. Your order will only be tracked by email. However, it is possible to create a customer account during the last step, on the order confirmation page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account and password, as well as controlling access to your computer or other device. Consequently, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all actions carried out under your account. If you suspect fraudulent use of your account by a third party, we advise you to immediately change your password and contact us to close the account concerned, if necessary.

4.2 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make this purchase. If you are a minor, you must have obtained parental authorization to complete your order.

Products and their prices are valid as long as they are displayed on our site, subject to stock availability. It is possible that some products are temporarily out of stock; in this case, this information will be indicated on the product sheet. We encourage you to provide your email address to receive an alert as soon as your favorite item is available again.

- You can add a product to your cart at any time by clicking on "Add to cart" from the product page. The product will then be added to your cart, and you can continue to browse the site to add other items. To view the contents of your cart, including prices and product specifications, click on "Go to cart".
- When you have finished filling your basket, click on “Validate my basket”.
- Next, enter your email address. If you already have a customer account with us, you will be asked to provide your password. If you do not have an account, you can continue the purchase as a guest and create an account after confirming your order.
- Complete the delivery information and select the desired delivery method.
- Choose your payment method, read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), then proceed to the secure payment of your order. Payment of your order implies full acceptance of the GTC.
- Once your order is validated, you will receive an email confirming your order.

4.3 Order tracking

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You will then be able to track the delivery status of your order using the tracking information provided in the email. If you do not receive a confirmation email or shipping notification, please contact us for additional information.

If you have a customer account, you can also view the details of your order in your personal space under the “My orders” tab on our site.

4.4 Cancellation of order

For any order cancellation request, except for gift card orders or orders including a card and other items, send us an email as soon as possible to contact@djanetbijoux.com specifying your full name and your order number, we will do what is necessary as far as possible.

If the order has already been prepared and shipped we will not be able to intervene, in this case you will have to wait for receipt to make a return request, except for engraved products and ear jewelry.

It may happen that we have to exceptionally cancel your order for the following specific reasons:

- Unavailability of a product: we will inform you as soon as possible and will refund the item as soon as possible.
- In the event of a technical error while processing your payment.
- If an obvious error is detected in the product sheet (such as incorrect information on the essential characteristics of the product or an incorrect price).
- If we detect fraudulent or abusive use of your account or associated orders.
- If we believe that you have violated our General Conditions of Sale (GCS).

Article 5. Payment Security

Articles 6. Gift card

To use your gift card when making a purchase, enter the code in the space provided "Apply your credit or gift card here" at the shopping cart stage. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your order total as soon as the code is entered.

The gift card can be used several times, until the balance is fully used. If the amount of your order exceeds the available balance, you can pay the difference with one of the other payment methods accepted on the Djanet Bijoux website. The gift card is valid for one year from its issue date and can be used exclusively on our website djanetbijoux.com. Djanet Bijoux reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of the gift card at any time without notice, by informing its customers on the website.

When purchasing a gift card, an email containing the code will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase on the "gift card" product sheet. If the code does not work or if the discount does not apply, we advise you to contact our Customer Service.

The Djanet Bijoux gift card cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason whatsoever, including in the event of theft, loss or damage. Products purchased with a gift card benefit from the same warranty conditions as those paid for by any other means of payment. You have 14 days to exchange an item purchased with a gift card, but it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Article 7. Delivery

Djanet Bijoux delivers the products you have ordered to the address indicated by the buyer at the "delivery address" step when ordering on the payment page.

It is strongly recommended to provide an accurate and complete address.

Any reshipment due to an error in the delivery address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing and Shipping Times:

The order preparation time is 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery time is estimated based on the destination and the delivery method chosen (e.g. standard delivery, express).

Reception and Verification of the Package :

The buyer is required to check the conformity of the package upon receipt, in the presence of the delivery person and note any anomalies. (damaged package, missing or broken items) on the delivery note, he has 3 days to confirm his findings to the carrier by registered letter.

Delivery Delay:

If the package is not delivered within the expected time, the buyer must contact customer service by email at the following address: contact@djanet.com , specifying the order number within 3 days following the date indicated on the tracking.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances, events beyond the company's control (bad weather, strikes, etc.).

Article 8. Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, private (non-professional) buyers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from receipt of their order . During this period, they can return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund, at no additional cost, except for return costs .

So, Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

It is strongly recommended to return the product(s) in letter followed to have tracking and proof of shipment.

In the event of loss of the package or absence of proof of tracking, we cannot be held responsible, and we will not be able to follow up on your request for exchange or refund.

Special features:

1- Personalized products:
Any personalized item cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a notable manufacturing defect.
In this case only , please send an email to: sav@djanetbijoux.com to obtain an exchange or refund for the product concerned.
(please check your spam folder if you do not receive a response within 2 business days)

2- For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings, personalized or not, cannot be returned.

The recovery conditions:

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Please include a note in the package stating your refund request, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

Any item returned, damaged or already worn cannot be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

For a full refund of the order, please return the entire package, including the product(s), packaging and any goodies offered as part of a promotion (example: tote bag, cotton pouch, etc.).

Article 9. Warranty

All our jewelry benefits from a one year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the positive evaluation of our customer service. Our teams will carry out an appraisal of the part based on the photos sent by you. This guarantee is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase, such as the confirmation of your order , or upon indication of the buyer's first and last name as well as the order number .

Terms :
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects such as clasp problems, loose stones, or thread defects for example. Breakage, loss, as well as damage caused by an accident are not included in the warranty.
Any deterioration, breakage or damage to the product resulting from improper use by the customer will not be covered under the warranty.

It is important to report any defects to us within 14 days of the date of purchase.
