All our jewelry has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to positive evaluation by our customer service.
Our teams will carry out an appraisal of the part based on the photos you send.
This warranty is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase, such as confirmation of your order , or upon indication of the buyer's first and last name and order number .
Any deterioration, breakage or damage to the product resulting from improper use by the customer will not be covered under the warranty.
It is important to report any defects to us within 14 days of the date of purchase.
